What areas do you serve?
We self-perform across Southern Ontario — the GTA, Kitchener–Waterloo, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, London, Niagara, and Barrie. We cover the rest of Ontario through vetted regional partners, and other provinces on multi-site programs.
Do you work in occupied stores?
Yes. Overnight and off-hours work in trading locations is our core capability. We use full containment, hoarding, and customer-safe barricades, and hand the site back trading-ready every morning.
How fast do you respond to emergencies?
Emergency dispatch runs 24/7, including statutory holidays. We're on site within 4 hours for anything that creates a safety risk or stops a site from trading.
Do you handle multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-site maintenance programs are a core service. One contact, one contract, and one invoice format across your entire portfolio.
Are you insured and WSIB cleared?
Yes — $5M commercial general liability and current WSIB clearance. Certificates are available within one business day.
Do you do residential work?
Our core business is commercial, retail, and multi-site work. We do manage residential projects through our construction management division — larger renovations, additions, and multi-unit properties.
