Single-storey retail plaza with storefront units

How it's worked out

  • Crew-nights = sites × nights per site
  • Program nights = crew-nights ÷ crews, rounded up
  • Working weeks = program nights ÷ nights per week per crew, rounded up — plus any paused weeks
  • Finish date = start date + total weeks

Pause weeks are added at the end, so the monthly bars assume work runs continuously from the start. Pilot the first site before committing the rest — see how we run overnight store refresh programs.

FAQ

About this planner.

How long does a multi-site rollout take?

Multiply sites by nights per site, divide by the number of crews, then by the nights each crew works per week. Forty sites at three nights each, with two crews working five nights a week, takes about twelve weeks.

How can a rollout finish sooner?

Add crews, reduce nights per site by refining the scope on a pilot site, or work more nights per week where stores allow it.

Is the rollout planner free?

Yes. The planner is free and runs in your browser. To email or download the PDF report, we ask for your email address.
