Do you do relamping across multiple sites?
Yes — scheduled group relamping across a portfolio, including LED retrofits, done overnight so stores aren't affected.
Do you work overnight?
Yes. Most of our retail work happens between store close and store open. We schedule around your trading hours, not the other way around.
Who does the electrical work on LED retrofits?
Lamp and fixture changeouts are self-performed. Retrofit work that involves wiring is carried out by licensed electrical contractors that we manage, so the work order still closes with us.
What work order systems do you use?
We accept work orders through ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Ecotrak, FEXA, and Verisae, or by phone and email.
Can you cover stores outside Ontario?
Yes, on multi-site programs. We hold the contract, manage vetted regional partners, and report through your work order system, so you deal with one vendor across every province.
